The Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines are now available in 10 additional languages, making evidence-based recommendations easier to access for communities around the world.

Developed by Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, these guidelines emphasize the importance of a full 24-hour approach to health, balancing:

Physical activity

Sedentary behavior

Sleep

The recommendations are tailored for:

Children (0–4 years)

Children & youth (5–17 years)

Adults (18–64 years)

Older adults (65+)

Expanding these resources into more languages helps ensure families, caregivers, educators, and community organizations can access trusted guidance in the language most comfortable for them.

Improving health outcomes often starts with making information accessible.

Explore the guidelines and help spread the message of healthier movement habits worldwide.
